At Mofora, we want your shopping experience to be straightforward and transparent. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on mofora.com.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping cost on every order placed within the United States. All products are delivered to your door free of charge, with no minimum order amount required.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Methods
Depending on your location, orders are delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on efficiency and delivery speed for your specific area. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, over the weekend, or on a federal holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Processing Time: We aim to process and hand off all orders to our shipping partners within 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes between 5 and 8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii, may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, and high-volume shipping periods, may occasionally affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Every order shipped from Mofora includes a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at contact@mofora.com and we will look into it right away.

Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days before reaching out to us. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier backlogs or logistical issues that are outside our control.
If your package still has not arrived after this extended period, please email us at contact@mofora.com with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered and tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, your order may be lost in transit. Please contact us at contact@mofora.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@mofora.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations only if the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch. Once an order enters fulfillment, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, and the standard return process will apply.
