Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order amount required. Every order ships free to your doorstep. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and standard delivery typically takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing us at contact@mofora.com as soon as possible after placing it. Orders move into our fulfillment process quickly, so we can only accommodate cancellations before the order has been prepared for dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process will apply.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item. Please email clear photographs of the issue to contact@mofora.com along with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review the situation promptly and arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Is the return shipping free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Please contact us at contact@mofora.com before sending anything back, all returns require prior authorization.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at contact@mofora.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway to keep your information safe. For more details, visit our Payment Options page.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States will not be processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.
